The scientific activity of the present project consists in the study of the electronic properties of two-dimensional topological systems, like thin films and multi-layers. These systems will be grown under ultra-high vacuum conditions and characterized by low-energy electron diffraction from the structural point of view. Their electronic structure will be analyzed by photoemission spectroscopy using synchrotron radiation.
Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science and related disciplines
