PRISM - PRize ISM
CNR-ISM has established the Istituto di Struttura della Materia Prize (PRISM) to recognize the significant contribution of a researcher in the field of Structure of Matter in the last five years. The aim is to promote both fundamental and applied research in the fields of materials science and basic atomic, molecular and solid-state physics.
The award is divided into two categories:
- PRISM Senior for candidates over 35 years,
- PRISM Junior for candidates under 35 years.
Winners of both categories will have the opportunity to use CNR-ISM resources for a research project and will be invited to give a seminar at an event dedicated to the theme of the award as guests of CNR-ISM.
The PRISM committee, composed of previous winners and CNR-ISM Branch Managers, will evaluate the applications and select the winners.
