PIK - Single-shot X-ray radiation emission experiments

The project deals with R&D and implementation of a prototype of an innovative XUV spectrometer for photon spectroscopy.

R&D and implementation of a prototype of an innovative XUV spectrometer for photon spectroscopy, easy to install and compact to be used in photon in - photon out experiments with synchrotron radiation, and in particular for single pulse X-ray emission at FEL sources. The XUV instrument is now available to users of the Elettra and FERMI FEL lines, in collaboration with the GdR GasPhase and CNR-IFN Luxor (Pd).
