The European Researchers' Night is a public initiative promoted by the European Commission since 2005 to promote the dissemination of scientific culture. The objective is to involve all citizens, with dedicated meetings and initiatives, to lead them to discover the great challenges of science, presented by the voices of researchers.
A unique opportunity, to be enjoyed together with experts, to delve deeper into the role and value of research, to understand its impact on our daily lives, but also to motivate young people to take on scientific careers.
In 2024, on Friday, September 27th, researchers from national institutions, universities, public and private institutes across Europe will meet with citizens to immerse them in the world of science and technology.
CNR-ISM will play an active role in the events taking place at the following locations:
- CNR Research Area of Tor Vergata
- Città dell'Altra Economia
- Schools in Basilicata
- CNR Research Area of Montelibretti
