The game 'Sud chiama Nord. Parole e Immagini Sottosopra' is an initiative promoted by CNR-ISM and CNR-ILIESI at the Rome Book Fair.

Through an engaging memory game, young explorers will be immersed in a world where scientific research becomes an exciting adventure of sharing and collaboration.
Join us on December 8th, from 12:30 to 13:30, at the Rome Book Fair - "Più Libri più Liberi" (Children's Space – Workshop Area).

Young explorers, girls and boys aged 6 to 10, will be immersed in a world where scientific research becomes an exciting adventure of sharing and collaboration. Reindeer Sofia, a curious explorer of Arctic territories, will guide participants in bridging the gap between the near and the far, making the invisible visible, and blending reality and fantasy. The result? A unique and engaging educational experience that allows building a bridge capable of overcoming the boundaries of words and things, and opening new horizons of knowledge.
The workshop is led by Sara Laureti (CNR-ISM) and Cristina Marras (CNR-ILIESI), with Pamela Barletta (CNR-ILIESI), Silvestro Caligiuri - set-up and graphics - (CNR-ILIESI), Davide Peddis (CNR-ISM), Lisa Reggiani (CNR-ILIESI), Ada Russo (CNR-ILIESI). The fascinating images in the game are by Vittorio Tulli from the CNR's Unit of Networks and Systems.
This initiative is the framework of the Third Mission activities of the involved CNR institutes, contributing to the promotion of scientific dissemination and the active participation of the younger generation in discovering the world around them.
