X-ray spectroscopy with solar simulator for in-situ studies of organic solar cells
Aim of the project was the realization of an Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectrometer dedicated to the study of the aging mechanisms of the latest generation solar cells, to enhance the previously existing research infrastructures at the X-ray Spectroscopy Laboratory , ISM-CNR.
