UHV evaporation chamber dedicated to organic thin films

Description

This apparatus consists of a chamber and a fast entry each-one equipped with a turbo-molecular pump; a Knudsen-like effusion cell, a heated sample holder with micrometric controls of position, a quartz crystal balance thickness control. A LEED apparatus is positioned for the structural control of deposited layers.

Application

Growth of organic thin films on varied substrates.
